i need a new flat iron....what do you people think about a wet/dry one??

orr what are the best brands/styles? are more expenssive ones better? and which is better for you hair or gets better results: ceramic or gold? Thanks

I've read and heard that if you sray lemon juice on your hair with a spray bottle that it will give you a 'natural' highlight look. Does anyone know if this works?

I colored my hair probably 2 months ago and I've decided that I want to go back to my natural color, if I can remember what that is lol. I think it's a reddish brown. All my friends want me to go back to that because it's such a rare color and they love it. Any ideas of how long it'll take?

Ok so i recently today just dyed my hair a medium reddish brown color. Originally it was a pretty light brown color with blondish highlights and i absolutly hate it i want to cry what can i do to get rid of the red color completly and get my old color back??

I have straight, poofy, dry hair that never behaves.

I've tried growing it out, and it just gets really poofy and in the way. Styling it is really not an option because it doesn't behave at all. When i cut it short, on the other hand, many of the hairs stick straight up. It probably sticks up because i let it air dry, but i dont want to blow dry my hair...

I use Pantene Pro-V 2 in 1, and it doesn't seem to help much.

I'm really not sure how to do my hair for my prom and it's in 2 days!!! I went to do a trial the other day. I thought I wanted curls but they curled it with a curling iron and it was really ugly..flat on top, urgh. anyway. I'm wondering if I should get them to try curlers. Does anyone have any ideas? I have medium length hair that's pretty wavy/almost curly.

I have brown hair and I don't want to pre-bleach it. I have light natural highlights so I hope the purple will give it more of a highlight/tint. Can anyone tell me what type of brands there are that have no peroxide or ammonia in their dyes?Thank you.

For the past 8 months or so, I've been coloring my naturally light brown hair (more like a dark dirty blonde) completely black, getting it touched up every 6 weeks or so at a salon.

Now that I've got about an inch of roots, I think I just want to go back to my natural color. Will my hairdresser have to strip the black out of my hair? How damaging will that be to my hair?

About 25% of me wants to keep the black because I do like it, but I'm worried about the long term effects of dying it every 6 weeks. Any pointers?

My hair is like a tiny bit past my shoulders and i really really want it longer, i was thinkin' extensions, but they're super expensive. My hair is straightened in the pic (go to the link above, the pics red) i have layers that are razored, and it's tapored is that how you spell it, i donno. But then i was thinkin' a perm cuz i like my hair wavy, but my hair has like no wave but has something to flip my hair in and out in different drections and i want it to quit doing that but the only way is to straighten it or get a perm so it's all wavy like. (not the really spiral-ly perms, wavy like) Is there any way to get my hair wavy with OUT a perm? any way to make it grow faster? (with OUT extensions) oh pleaze help me!
