I usually use Bed Head Self Absorbed, which I love but I need a clarifying shampoo to use about once a week. I prefer to use salon-quality hair products because they don't have alcohol but I'm open to suggestions.

I was wondering if there were any places that I could go to that would give me a hair cut that they think suits me best....or atleast a place that can give me a hair from you guys' tips....I would prefer to get the location to a salon/barber shop that will give me a good hair cut just by asking them to give me something that looks best on me.

I have pretty curly hair. I am mixed, and my hair is extremely frizzy and almost Afro-like in the first 3" on the crown on my head, and on the under layer of my hair. I want to make my curls tighter, less frizzy, and more defined without making them crunchy or weighed down. Any ideas?

In my search for a hair colour and style that assists me to look my best, I am always encountering hairdressers that don't listen to my information and requests. To them, it's all about the latest innovations and "looks"; to me, it's about what works best for MY look. A particular stylist may have 25 plus years hairdressing experience (it's usually more like 25 months!), but I've had my hair much longer than they've been qualified, and because I take an active interest in my hair treatment, I know just as much, if not more, about how my hair reacts, why it behaves that way, and what makes it look the best for MY style and looks. If I am knowledgable and am familiar with products and techniques that work on my hair, why can't I have that procedure? Why do I have to do what the hairdresser wants to do?

I recently had my hair cut and the stylist made it waaayyy to short...
I mean I'm not sayin she isn't good at her job or that it looks absolutely horrible, it's just that I asked for the bangs with a fringe that covered both my eyes and they hardly even cover my forehead, and I asked that the back was feathery like, emo-style, and it is just...eck. It wasn't supposed to be much shorter at all. I look like a boy.
=[
So, are there any ways to make hair grow faster?

What celebrities have chestnut brown hair? A friend brought me that color hair dye, but there's no model on the box, so I'm wondering how it'd look like. My hair right now is a dark medium-reddish brown, and I have pale Asian skin. It's also thick and wavy. I'm just afraid it might come out looking blonde-ish like this:

ok this may not make sense..
but you know after you tie your hair up and then take it out, from where you have had it tied up, there is a usually obvious 'line'. E.g i have wavy/curly hair and when i tie it up and then after a day take it out there a crease thinge from where it has been tied up.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this, or prevent it?

My hair is very thin and fine and roughly shoulder blade length. The last time I tried getting a perm it went to fuzz in a month. It has very little body and I can't figure out what to do...A short, straight cut doesn't work--I tried that a few years ago.

Ideas, please?

Who else would buy this in a heartbeat? I can't stand washing my brawny hair with feeble lavender scented shampoos. I need a manly stinking shampoo...one that stinks so good as IRISH SPRING!!! I know for sure that and Irish Spring shampoo could easily tackle my testosterone filled hairs. No shampoos on the market can easily remove the garbage embedded in my nest.

Although women are attracted to my manliness naturally, I'm thinking that the poofy flower shampoo I use is detracting from my total woman-seducing power. Irish Spring shampoo would only add...no multiply my chances of scoring beautiful females.

Who's with me?
