iv lost so much hair how doi get them back?

its my brothers wedding end of this year & i want 2 look 1 in a million there but because of my hair i feel embarrasd i dont know what 2 do plz help!!!!!

Whatever you do, DON'T GET PERMANENT EXTENSIONS put in.......they wreck and weaken the hair follicle and when you take them out your already fine hair will look even more sparse.
Try taking a silica supplement. They are available at any health food shop and also some of the larger supermarkets stock them too, If you can't find silica, then look for hair, skin & nails tablets, these also contain the silica that you need.
There is also a range by Redken called Headstrong, this adds volume and thickens the hair shaft and starts the repair process from the hair papilla (root bulb), opening the pores up again. if you stopped any medication, recently or in the near past (even 6 months ago) that you were taking on a regular basis, this is what could have done it. you should tell your doctor.

coconut oil is good, you could try what all the other people are saying, (but get checked by the doctor!! it could eb a number of things, i dont want to scare you!lol.)

but as a last resort you could always get hair extentions to bulk it out. (put some money aside just in case)

Here are two options that I would suggest. Start using Nioxin products. This is a professional product sold at salons that is designed for thinning hair.It works great. I highly recommend it. Get it cut a few times, the more you cut it the more faster it will grow back. Also there are thickening shampoos, buy those. and If you are really desperate, you can get a weave sewen into your head. ouch. Beauty definitely has a price!
Also If you have lost some weight, you start losing hair.
