lolz kinda sounds like me i use hot oil treatments i also use the dove conditioner once in 2 weeks that repairs two years damage and on a regular basis i use tresamea conditioner that is cheap but works the best in your hair to repair it.........

Joico K-Pak conditioner - it can be used daily or as a deep conditioning mask. The shampoo is very good too.

I also like to use a drop of jojoba oil as a leave in conditioner. It's non-comedogenic, adds a bit of sheen and washes out easily.

Im pretty brutal to my hair too and I found that Tresseme and Pantene work best for me...I actually switch up every so often. It also depends on ur hair type and texture, like if its thick or thin, oily or dry. I have thick hair and i even found most leave ins to wiegh my hair down....lol I guess im not too much help...but I tryed...

Boy, do I ever know where your comming from!
i like to use Dove for dry/damaged hair everyday in the shower.
