21 and Losing Hair?

As above, i'm losing my hair already. Its thinning at the sides slowly.

I figured I had at least untill 30. How do I stop this in its tracks?

How much and how often do I apply this oil. Where can it be found.

My dad is 56 and has 85% of his hair left. I believe my grandfather on my moms side was bald before he died.

Try "The original Mane n taill" shampoo and conditioner, you can find it at CVS or Sallys. I dont know why but I think you go through seasons where I loose a lot of hair. Using this shampoo helps stop right away. I ve been using this on and off for several years, and never needed another treatment. I stop using it several weeks after my hair stops to fall.

Losing hair at an early age is usually related to stress. I began losing hair also, but knew that I had to change my ways of dealing with stress immediately. You should do the same...(if you are stressing a lot.) You should also ask your family if they have a history of premature hair loss.

THis is more than likely STRESS related! More times then none early hair loss is just stress so relax you have some more time till it falls out,I would however speek to your docter and see what he recomends on how to better deal with the stress in you life

Nioxin is a good product to use for thinning hair. i know alot of people that like it. it could help but there is no way to cure it. its all genetics and i know people who lost there hair before they were 21.
