Joico K-Pak conditioner - it can be used daily or as a deep conditioning mask. The shampoo is very good too.

I also like to use a drop of jojoba oil as a leave in conditioner. It's non-comedogenic, adds a bit of sheen and washes out easily.

Minimize your hair's drying time by using a super absorbent microfiber hair towel.

I asked my hairdresser the same thing...
If you leave some olive oil on your hair overnight it will definitley do the trick
It might take a few shampoos to wash it out but is a great conditioner without having to buy a salon brand or even something cheap =]

If its extra damaged warm the oil up so its not scorching

when your in the shower.. let conditioner set in your hair for a few minutes (while you shave. etc)
and then after you rinse it out, put a leave in conditioner i nfor the rest of the day.
Putting oils like ovil oils in your hair make it looki greasy, not shiney.
