And also, why do hairs grow from random places where there is no mole or freckle?

Hormones, mainly testosterone, which women have too much of at earlier times in their lives. When they get menopausal or post-menopausal, it is because testosterone is the dominant hormone.

hormones baby! an abundance of progesterone, that male hormone some women have too much of.
luckily this keeps those tweezer manufacturers selling their product and keeps those beauticians selling their chin waxes :)

hormones or genetics. there is nothing we can do about the natural bodily processes so just wax it off or shave it off to hide it
