I was thinking of going to a hair salon & dying my hair blonde but I don't know if it would look good on me. I have fair skin & dark eyes and I'm a latina, plus being a chubby girl is another thing.. I've seen some latina women pull off the blonde hair but I was wondering if it would look okay on me. If so, how do I choose the right shade of blonde?

My hair has thinned out considerably recently with some receding of the hairline, I panicked and searched the web and found this article.

Can this be possible? I never ever brush my hair and I just recently grew it out long, and this article says not brushing can cause lack of blood flow to the scalp that causes the hair to fall out.

Is this right?

First off I'm a teenager so this SHOULDNT be happening!!! For the last two weeks or so (started around the first of hte month) my hair has been falling out in pretty signifcant strands. I'm not balding in any spots or anything and my hair seems about the same thickness, so I'm at a loss to what's going on. I heard iron defieciency anema could be a cause? I'm a vegeterian, and I used to bruise easily, but haven't really noticed any unnormal bruises in the last two months. Should I start an iron supplement? I don't really have the best insurance to see a doctor for something asinine like this...I also start school in a couple days..maybe subconscious stress about that might be the cause? Or, (this may ridicoulous I don't know) could I be allergic to my shampoo? I've been using it longer than two weeks, but maybe it's an aquired allergy? I don't know..please help! =(

I'm 18 and I have thick,blonde wavy hair but I never know how to get it cut or what to do with it. Because I wear it up so much it tends to get frizzy and breaks off easily, but it also gets oily pretty fast. I've tried cutting it short but it usual ends up looking odd. Currently I have it medium length and cut in layers. What is my best bet? Get it cut a little shorter or finally let it grow out?
