waxing is the best way....but it might irritate the skin leaving red bumps. Some people have been known to just use a razor to remvoe the hair......dont worry your hair is NOT going to grow back darker and thicker. People think this is true because when the first start shaving there legs they tend to just not have as much hair because they are younger. Your body goes through changes as you get older, and you just tend to grow a little more hair the older you get. If you dont like either of these, you could always just bleach the hair on your lip so its not dark. Another idea, have it permanently removed by a laser.

Do not shave, that will make it worse. Nair has some hair removing cream just for the upper lip and it works great. It costs about $6 for a tube and you would need to apply every week to two weeks.

The best thing to do is wax it. You can buy wax strips for upper lips. Its fast and easy to use. I tried using a hair remover cream but it has chemicals and it's definitely not good for your skin if you keep on using the cream.

If it's not much hair, bleach it. If it's thick, wax it or use Nair to remove it. To have it permanently removed have it lazered or electrolysis done. Using peroxide daily will lighten it and make the hairs finer and finer. They make tiny nose and lip razors to shave it off.

NEVER shave it...unless you want a full grown moustache! lol always use like a Nair wax...its specifically made for wone with facial hair..or I say just leave it alone..if you mess with it it may grow even more but the wax alleviates that

There is waxing, shaving, or you can get this hair remover pad that you put over your fingers and gently wipe it across the upper lip.

YOU ARE ONLY 12 YEARS OLD TALK TO YOUR MOTHER.
DO NOT SHAVE. Once you start to shave you will be doing it every other day, either wax it or get electrolysis.
IF YOU SHAVE YOU WILL START TO GET STUBBLE LIKE A MAN.
