Stop using any type of chemicals on your hair or no advice will work. Cut off any damaged hair as soon as the new, healthier growth has come in a couple inches. Use only a decent shampoo on your hair...one which doesn't leave a film on it. Then, while your hair is wet, get a little bit of vasaline on your hands and run your fingers through your hair. Don't glob it on or your hair will be a greasy mess. Or you can put it on your comb...just a thin coating...and comb your hair. Try to get it all the way through. Then let it dry. Don't use a dryer.
I hope that helps.

You can try Biolage shampoo for color treated hair (color treated shampoos usually have extra moisturizers). All Soft or Extreme conditioners by Redken and Silk Results by Joico. I would maybe try the Redken conditioner first. Either one. Make sure to get your hair trimmed regularly (about every 4 to 6 weeks). Ionic hair dryers, ceramic tools and brushes help protect you hair also. You'll notice a difference when you buy better quality products, even if they cost a little more. Good luck! :)

Best tip I can give is hot oil once a week or once every two weeks.
Also the conditioner's more important than the shampoo, so dont be scared to use two different brands, spending less on the shampoo (something creamy eg pantene) and them spending more on conditioner. Try buying products from salons. Their generally better and not available in stores.

You ever try Suave? Its one of the best (and chiepest shampoo's out there) Oh, and look at the ingredients on the back- anything with wax in it you want to stay away from.
