by the end of the day my hair gets pretty greasy near the roots and it grosses me out. I try using conditioner only at the end of my hair, and try not touching my hair throughout the day (especially my bangs) any other tips?

I see alot of african american kids with really tight braids in their head.doesnt it hurt or gives them a headache.I have seen it on little babies aswell.Looks a bit uncomfortable to me.Everytime i tie my hair up if it gets little to tight i would get a headache after 1-2hrs.so i was just wondering.
