I grew my bangs out in second grade =) I would pin them back using clips. I'd take a piece of hair, twist it and pin it back, I'd do that until all of my bangs were pulled back. I'd also wear headbands, and when they were long enough I'd just tuck them behind my ears :]

Get some cute headbands and barrettes for her to keep her bangs pulled back with. Then after they start to grow, cut her hair so that the bangs can blend into the length without it looking too awkward.

Get some eye-catching headbands and barrettes for her to maintain her bangs pulled lower back with. Then at the same time as they commence to augment, reduce again her hair so as that the bangs can blend into the scale with out it searching too awkward.

Keep the ends trimmed so they won't split and make sure she takes care of her hair. It may take a while though. I had this problem some years back it took mine forever to grow back but they finally did. Boy was I excited!

Don't trim them unless there are split ends. Buy a lot of cute clips for when they are an awkward length. Just kind of pull them to the side and add barrettes. Patience is key.

when they start to grow out just pin them to the side of her face or back in bobby pins. it prevents the bangs from hanging in her face & also looks cute!

Don't get your hair cut until your bangs are at a length that can fit behind your ears, then you can get it cut all at once.
