the only time it itches is while im dieing my hair anytime after it doesnt it but while im dyeing my hair my scalp itches sooo bad.. why?

I have strawberry blond straight hair with streaks of blonde and light brown in it. (natural)

I am very different with my style, yes I shop at places like Abercrombie, Hollister, and Aeropostale, but I take the clothes that I see everyone else wearing and make very different combos, I guess. I am a very colorful person. Delias, is my all time favorite store, ever. I love thing that have random patterns on it. But my main problem is, is that money is very scarce for me right now. Do you have any websites, or stores I could buy cheap, cute clothes. Shoes too please, and please no stores like Goodwill.

Alright my girlfriend and I have asked around and no one has been able to really help us out. So if a full arm tattoo is called a sleeve, then what is it when someone has their entire leg done? We are going to a formal New Year's Eve gala this year - so much fun!! I can't wait, except that I am running into a problem with my dress. Most formal cocktail or ball gowns are going to be strapless, and I have a fairly large tattoo on one upper arm, and a smaller one on the other. They aren't tacky, I just don't think it would be appropriate to have them show. I tried Dermablend once, but the effect was less than satisfactory. Any suggestions?

everyone in my school calls me spoiled but I don't Think I have that much:
I have an Iphone, Blackberry, And like 3 Razors, I have a video ipod, My parents built on to my room so I have 7 Closets, And my room is 4 Storeys high, I get my hair and nails done every 2 weeks, I Go shopping at least once a week for a new wardworb Because I only wear my clother once, I shop at abercombie, Hollister, American eagle ect I have never worn anything under 20 dollars ( that includes make up). I Have a party every 3 weeks and my mom and dad give me inbetween 1,000 - 3,000 Dollars each time, I have a laptop, we have a hudge swimming pool with one small water slide on it, I have a Teacup yorkie and every day she wears clothes the same colors as mine, I go to a really expensive dance class that travels alot, I Got to ride on a jet to california twice and I wont buy anything on sale......well you wouldnt either if your dad gave you 1,000 dollars to spend when you went shopping with your friends
