Over half of my shoes have came from Payless (and I have a lot of shoes), and I love every pair! I have a couple favorite pairs that are over 3 years old, and they're still going strong. And the good thing is that Payless' shoes are comfortable and affordable.

Try Payless. Most of their stuff is under $30. Also, they last awhile, too. This is my third winter with a pair of boots that I bought a couple of years ago. The seam is coming apart, but it's nothing major. They should last me at least one more year. When I finally get to a store, or just order them online, I'm going to get these:
