Thrift stores don't buy clothes. They take donations. Resale shops, also known as consignment shops, will buy clothes. There is a consignment shop chain for kids' clothes, Once Upon a Child, that might buy the baby clothes. If not, you can always have a rummage sale.

We take the kids clothes to a baby consignment shop. It's good for a store credit that we use for stuff that will fit or is in season.

You could donate them, it takes money off of your parent's taxes.

Or you could sell it to a thrift store like Plato's closet. I know they dont pay much though, i sold them a $30 hollister polo for $2.50. I think they'll pay about $4 for designer clothes.

You can sell it on e-bay or find a local consignment shop in your area that will be glad to, and willing to take them off your hands for you.
