Beauty & Style - 20 June 2007

I'm 13 and I love fashion and beauty, but I just don't know how to be a fashionista! I'm doing this for myself, by the way! What magazines do I read, make -up (my mom won't let me wear any make-up except lip gloss until 10th grade!), any recommended stores (I don't have the richest family in the world and I don't get an allowance- I know, it stinks!) , clothing lines, clothes, shoes, accessories, purses (I already have a small Coach Purse), what do fashionistas' obsess over (except for fashion and beauty duh!), how do they act, any recommended books (fiction or nonfiction), what do they say a lot, what celebrities are their role models, how do I get great fashionista-baby soft skin, any bedroom (bathroom) make-overs, and any other suggestions are cool!

Sorry, that's a lot of stuff, but I just love fashion, just don't know how to put it!

Advice would be awesome!

will i ever be able to wear a bikini or should i wish these dreams away... i have them all over my stomach.. my sides.. a little on my back.. um.. underneath my arms by my breast.. um between my thighs.. on my arms... just everywhere... i'm also overweight im 260 and 5'10 and i know that when i lose weight i will never be able to wear anything because my skin will stretch even more.. so what can i do?? do i have any hope? or i should look into long sleeve clothing.. or forget these things.. i really wanted to be an actress/model in the future.. i guess i can kiss that away..

Are my eyes hazel? My mom said that they're just light brown, but I swear I'm seeing green.

Today at my second day at my job, one of the employees came up to me and she asked my name and then asked me how old I was; when I answered she was like, "Dang, I thought that you were old!" and she started laughing. ok well i'm a boxer guy and i hate it when my boxers bunch up, its too uncomfortable for me to deal with. is there any way to prevent this from happening so much? whats the best kind of boxers you can get that won't bunch up as much as your regular cotton boxers? and do boxer briefs ever bunch up? maybe i should get some boxer briefs

It would be great if I could find these products in Wal-mart, Target... or some other store like that.

I have really bad acne and huge pores (blackheads), I think it is because of my make-up or this product I bought that is supposed to get rid of acne but just makes my skin greasy.

I tried so many things that don't work, and I'm starting to think that nothing works for me. So, it would be great if you have tried this product yourself and that it worked.

My hair is like a tiny bit past my shoulders and i really really want it longer, i was thinkin' extensions, but they're super expensive. My hair is straightened in the pic (go to the link above, the pics red) i have layers that are razored, and it's tapored is that how you spell it, i donno. But then i was thinkin' a perm cuz i like my hair wavy, but my hair has like no wave but has something to flip my hair in and out in different drections and i want it to quit doing that but the only way is to straighten it or get a perm so it's all wavy like. (not the really spiral-ly perms, wavy like) Is there any way to get my hair wavy with OUT a perm? any way to make it grow faster? (with OUT extensions) oh pleaze help me!

The summer's here, and I have realised that I need to really get rid of my bad eyebags. It got some of the girls giving remarks about it too.
