Stretch marks can appear on many areas of your body for different reasons including pregnancy, obesity, sudden growth spurts, or heredity. They can appear on your stomach, under arms, chest, upper thighs, waist and butt.

Try using a skin brush while you are showering will increase circulation which will help the skin to heal and help reduce stretch marks. There are also many creams you can find at your local pharmacy or grocery store that will moisturize your stretch marks, and make them more flexible. Examples of these are cocoa butter and creams or oils containing vitamin E. If none of the creams or oils are effective, you can also talk to your doctor about getting a prescription cream to reduce stretch marks.

lilmama is right. Palmers cocoa butter is the best. Palmers has a lotion one, but the best is the cream, that comes in a little round plastic jar, it seems a little oily, but it smells good and works great. You can get it at HEB most of the time. Or maybe Target.

remeber to drink a lot of water and ALWAYS apply lotion to that area, preferibly a lotion with cocoa butter.
