Find a consultant in your area by going to their website. If you want freebies to begin with, call the consultant and ask for a catalog or get on the mailing list. There are usually samples wedged in the catalog, but almost always when you buy something, they give you samples.

Ever consultant choose to carry or not carry inventory so the same is true with samples. You decide if you want to carry them and which samples so it really depends on the consultant. I say narrow it down and give an idea what you are looking to get.
I carry a majority of samples but it would take me too long to list everything.
Skincare for most ages and skin types
colors - eye, shadows, liners, check lip, gloss, lipstick, liners
we do not have a lot of body care samples but we do have some. lip balm and mask does not come in sample size nor does sun screen and after sun lotion. Some consultants use disposable containers to be able to give this product out. I hope you get the idea. Also fragrances I carry a few sample size but I don't think you get the true scent from the sample.
What most people don't understand is a Mary Kay consultant is about providing a service to our clients and once we develop a relationship we might even keep stock of items you like or get samples you I have lent a full size to one of my customers. Remember everything is 100% guarenteed and I'm not sure what happen with that former consutlant that responded but Mary KAy does reinburst you for returns.
I hope this helped a little.

Well Mary Kay, the company, won't send you samples, but you can contact a Mary Kay consultant and tell her you want to host a party. It can be either a color party (makeup) or a skincare party. Usually, if the consultant is good, the host gets some great free stuff as well as being able to test all the supplies the consultant brings to the party.

For free samples to try, usually your Mary Kay rep will supply any to you, mine does and I just love it. She's always giving me free samples and they work out very well on overnight trips; I don't have to take a ton of cosmetics along with me.
But if you don't have a rep, try the two sites below. Hope they can assist you.

Nothing is free in life. I used to sell Mary Kay and the only thing they give you for free is the load of bull that they feed you to try and get you sucked into the cult. I lost thousands of dollars selling Mary Kay. And I always had to pay for my samples, at Mark Kay nothing is free. The reason I lost money was because it your customer is allergic you have top give them a refund and Mary Kay did not reinverse for all the products that I had to give refunds on. Hope this helps!!!

You would only be able to get MK samples from a MK rep.... And the samples she has in stock.
Try hosting a MK party at your home. Then you can try different MK products and sample different colors etc.
