I can never get a straight answer on this. A woman's hair cut isn't inexpensive so do you tip a set amount or a percentage or what?

i wold like to know the best product to use for spots on my face there are so much different type of products plus so many Brand out there and i am very confused and overwealmed i need to know what type to use for my face these is my problem: i am a women of color and i have dark spots left from bumps that i used to have in my early teens plus the resent ones that comes now and then. i would like to know which product to use, i was going to try age spot removal laser treatment but it is a little pricey i would really like to know what to do to get ride of these spots pleeease help.

I am 5'1/2", 112 lbs and I'm about 36(b cup)-25-35. My torso (from shoulder, across fullest part of bust, between legs, and back up to my shoulder) is 59 inches.
I need a flattering swim suit that is best for competitions and for practises. Our school colors are red and black, and I'm pretty sure it has to be a one-piece. I'm going to be a junior next school year, and I'm 16, 17 in September.
I'll spend a maximum of $50 I suppose.

I need to be sunburn-free by tomorrow, my Graduation Day! I don't want to look like a sunburnt loser, so what do you recommend to give me fast results? Please! Thanks!
