Use a super absorbent hair towel to reduce drying time. ex) Aquis or The Body Shop
After shampooing & conditioning your hair, comb out tangles w/ a wide tooth comb.
4) Use a heat protector before using heated styling tools.
Joico K-Pak shampoo & conditioner are the best for damaged hair. The conditioner can be use daily or as a deep conditioning mask.
Avoid using styling products w/ a lot of alcohol; stick to ones w/ alcohol lower down on the ingredients list.
Run a drop of jojoba oil through the ends of your hair. It will add a bit of sheen & makes a good leave in conditioner. Jojoba oil is non-comedogenic & washes out easily.
Consider getting your hair trimmed to removed the dry, damaged ends & prevent split ends from spreading upwards on each hair shaft.

Get the dry, damaged parts cut off, and then use good conditioner and take really good care of your hair in the future.

this may sound wierd, but horse conditioner is a miracle worker, it will turn the fired, crispiest, most damaged hair into a beautiful, shiny, healthy, glossy head of hair. Even though you said besdies conditionar, this works the best dont mess around with little things like wrapping it up before you sleep or soaking it in wierd potions and what not. Best Of Wishes.

Use a blow dryer with a diffuser attachment. It makes the heat not come out as hard and fast.
Also Flex. I just love this stuff. It is so light. You don't even notice it there..I use it everday!

the only thing you can do is get the ends cut. thereafter make sure you keep them conditioned and use a hot oil treatment at least once a month.
