I got my cartilage pierced about 4 months ago. It refused to heal with the piercing studs I had in--they always were pulling and wouldn't settle. I bought some sterling silver hoops and put them in. Almost immediately, they right ear (which seemed worse most of the time) developed a weird bump and was hurting a lot. I cleaned both ears with solution and the bump got crusty and then just went away, leaving the piercing totally healed. Now the same thing is happening on the left side. I have had many piercings and have never had anything like this before. What is it?

My hair is really soft and not manageable at all. It is babyfine and tends to get oily. What can I do to make my hair more manageable and less soft after washing it. I need to wash it every day because it gets greasy if I don't. I also have flyaways after blowtrying. Is there anything I can do to make it feel thicker? I have tried everything there is on the market and it doesn't really work. I need something that makes my hair stronger and gives it hold. I use tons of hairspray to put it into shape and make it stay but I'd prefer to use less product! Anybody else out there with the same problem or any suggestions?

for your employer to keep your wage slips,as i work nights and they use to be on our clock cards now it has all changed and you have to collect them from personal,but as i work nights theres nobody about,so we have to collect them in the day but all us night staff believe it or not are asleep in the day,so we dont get them,surely this is wrong,to expect to wake up in the day travel miles to work to get your wage slip

can anyone reccommend a good shampoo to prolong the colour of your hair ??
my natural colour is brown but i had red streaks all through it. iv recently dyed it back brunette but my hairdresser sed after washing the red may shine thru. any way to avoid this ??

Which do you think is the best way to apply? I've always done shadow, then mascara. However, I have really long eyelashes, and my mascara gets all over the lid of my eyes and underneath. After I wipe of the excess with a Q-tip, I often have to touch up my shadow. But, when I've put on mascara first, it always gets lots of powder and remnents of shadow on my lashes, making them appear duller. Any suggestions?

I have a huge rib/shoulder blade/back, and a little on my stomach tattoo its of lillies, and I just have it outlined for now Im not sure yet if I should get it colored in or not. The lillies are star gazers and its a hot pink in the middle and white on the outside, I know they can't do white but they can do a lighter pink they said Im not sure what I should do. Do you have your tatoo colored in or just an outline? What is your tattoo of? Does the outline stand out better than colored?I have tan skin so I have to pick awesome bright colors if I ever got mine filled in. Do you think I should have mine colored in? I want your opinions
