That is a bit off!

To expect you to travel to work in the day when you are supposed to be sleeping is harsh.

Really they should post them to you, perhaps a manager could leave them out for you one night so that you can ll collect them

of course you have confidence that we've diverse salary scales on the books for employers to pay legals as against illegals. the people who're applying unlawful aliens are not precisely reporting their wages to all people. stable wager, yet incorrect! the respond is to enforce the employment rules and reformatory and fantastic agencies, farms and persons that hire undocumented workers by way of giving the ICE the authority to do activity internet site inspections to confirm citizenship of workers and arrest employers in violation of the regulation. that would reason the jobs to bypass away and that would get rid of the motivation for the illegals to bypass the border.

Surely you have a Supervisor or Manager working with you on nights why can't they hand them out it ridiculous to expect you to get them during the day if you have a union I would have a word with them

Where I work, the front office has an area where all the higher up's have their own mail boxes, They leave the paychecks in the supervisors mail box so when he comes in he can pass them out to the employees when they come in at night. Or you can request that yours be mailed to you at home.

I don't know whether this is legal or not however it is most certainly unreasonable. There must be a way that your employer could solve the problem....how about posting them to you. You could always offer to pay the postage.

Perhaps they can be left for you to collect when you come on your night shift. Ask a foreman or whoever if he can arrange this.

i work nights until 7am, what they do for me is inter-office my pay stubs to me, if your company does not have this available then they should be able to mail them to you as a courtesy.
also if you know someone who works on days, your can ask your sup if they can give them to that person so they can deliver it to you, if you are comfortable with someone holding your pay stub.
