I am 33. When I use eye liner (black or brown) I look older. When I don't use eye liner I look plain. Any advice?

Well, for a school dance tonight I am trying to do a layered look with my hair. I just got a copy of a magazine.. and love the style. It is the flared out look, kind of like what Miley Cyrus uses as one of her Hannah Montana wigs. It makes her hair look layered, and then flares out at the ends.. I tried testing it out with a straightener.. and it didn't work so well.. any ideas?

In certain Polyneisan cultures tattoo stands for your rank with your tribe or village if your a chief or someone in charge of your family...Normally its done the old fashion way of tapping with a needle and ink...My question is if you would let someone get this if they been asked...when getting this cetain tattoo its in partners normally brother and brother or sister and brother ....Or you can get the female tattoo by yourself if desire to show your pride of your heritage...Would you or not?

i use the lancome adaptive foundation..
last time i bought it from boots and it cost about £25 so i thought it mite work out cheaper if bought it over internet?
will it b an older line of stock tho???

I can't decide on a beauty regime, there is too much info out there.

I have normal skin with a slight dry patch at times near my chin.I don't wear make up and i hardly ever get spots and i have even clear skin without any blemishes.

I wash my face with warm/hot water twice a day but dont use anything else.

I use a moisturiser, because i feel naked without it, but do i need to use a cleanser, toner etc

i sometimes about four times a year exfoliate my face.

I have wanted an industrial piercing for a while. they look good, but people who get them, what do they plan to do with it when they are like 60? i dont know if thoes are still age approate. i think they look great, but what about the future? if you dident know an industrial is 2 cartiligh piercings (helix and anti helix) connected with a barbell. help!
