I have them used each time I get a hair cut. They always cut my hair normal then go all over with the thinning scissors. This thins out the under layers and allows the hair to lay/feather better. I can tell a huge difference with just 10 snips with them all around my head. Feels like a few pounds are removed.

to be honest i would leave it to the hairdressers if you not sure what you are doing. i wouldn't touch mine with a pair. i find if i blow dry my hair do it twice a week but use hair strightners only once a week it keeps my hair in place i have thick hair too. i get the hairdresser to do mine every 3 months as if you make a mess on your hair , you are going to have long and short bits and not be able to manage it at all.As it will stick out everywhere. please go to the hairdressers and have it done. kiarakitty

any hair supplies really but i recommend you let your hairdresser do it so many people try it and make a right mess they cut far to much of one side than the other

Find your local hairdressing and beauty supplies shop and you can probably buy them from there. Otherwise look on ebay - they are bound to be on there.

don't be so tight, just go back to the hairdressers you'll make a mess of it your self
