i have really annoying spots all over my face. They're not black or whiteheads or anything they're just tiny lumps, does anyone know how to get rid of them?

is it acne? you used the word "lumps" vs. "bumps"... if they are acne bumps you could use a mild (2%) benzoyl peroxide wash or gel daily. this condition could be keratosis pilaris (sp?) which is treated differently so i would probably go to a dermatologist to see what you have. you could always try the benzoyl peroxide method first to see if you improve but if it is another skin condition due to dry skin, it could make it worse. sorry, hard to recommend something without seeing the "lumps."
