When I use high heels, after only a couple hours, the bottom of my feet (how do you call it?), start to hurt so much, like if I had burned them (even when I use socks with boots) and this feeling doesn't stop after I am bare foot for some hours?

Why?
How can I use high heels without this happening, I so envy my friends that use super high heels, I look like a little girl and not so sexy, because I always have to use sneakers!!!

Ok basically a long time ago I had highlights over my natural black hair color but about 3 months ago, I colored over it all just one even brown color which I liked very much. It faded and I went to the salon today to get the roots done and the rest colored so that the color would be even throughout.
However, I am but a poor college student so, to save a little cash, decided to blow-dry myself. This put me at a disadvantage because it was only until I got home that I saw it was too dark! It looks like my natural color-black :( I wanted it like a medium chestnut-type color.
Everyone knows coloring dries hair, but also it's obvious that with the 1st wash it will get somewhat (though not too much) lighter. However, the lady told me not to wash it in like 3 days so that the color would hold. I start class tomorrow and want it to look nice. I want to wash it but don't know if that will damage the already-dry hair somehow. What should I do to make it lighter SOON?

I have this idea that if you don't shower that often (for example: not everyday, but every other day), the your body would adapt to not needing showers so often and it can stay clean, relatively. And your skin and hair can stay healthier than everyone else's because you are not putting chemicals on it all the time. Does this make sense?

Generally I notice Latin women pull of the curvy figure better then most other women, why is that? For some reason their stomachs stay flat but all the fat deposits go to the good parts(you know the parts that I mean). I may be cause Latin women like J-lo and Salma Hayek popularized that figure when previously it was looked down upon to be anything other then thin.
