I am a natural dark haired brunette-
You know, dark hair, dark eyes, light skin- the whole Northern Italian in me.
But I don't want to have my hair color.
I want to bleach it light blonde but only on the top of my hair- under it will be my usual dark color.

Will the bleach everntually fade out or grow out?
If I wanted to go back to my normal hair colour- would I have to die it again?

I want to do something nice with my makeup today...I dont know why. But I know less is more and so I try to keep things light. I do light shimmery shadows with mascara and a little tiny touch of eyeliner and a little bit of lip gloss =D I like it, and everyone else loves it..but how can I change it??

I am buying a diamond ring and and I was wanting to know if the measurements on this diamond are good. It is a 1 ct. round diamond and the measurements are 6.45-6.41by 3.95mm. If my calculations are correct this comes to 6.14mm. Is this a good diamond and what part does the measurements play in making a good diamond.
