Wait atleast three days to fully wash your hair with shampoo. You can rinse it in the shower with water but dont use soap.

You techincally shouldn't wash your hair everyday, but every other day. But whatever. I put a relaxer in one day and 24 hours later my hair was horrible (I don't know what happened). I used my normal products and deep conditioned it and then naturally dried it and my relaxer was still intact and my hair was nice.

I try to wash my hair every other day or every week @ max; however when you have a 6 month old puppy I can't do that so I end up washing it in different pattersn (every day, every other day, once a week). I have not had breakage yet (@ times I do but that's because of the relaxer). However washing your hair everyday or every other day can dry out your hair depending on your hair type. Me I'm still trying to figure out when my hair is dry and moist and soft. My mother has incredibly dry and moist hair and when I do the same stuff she does it turns out horrible so.....

Good Luck.

I get relaxers also and I usually wait a week or two. But it has only been two days so don't wash your hair yet. But I don't think it matters when you wash your hair, I guess just wash it when you want to.

According to my hairdresser...you should never wash your hair every day. You should wash your hair every other day due to the oils being distributed evenly to the ends of your hair with frequent brushing. As far as having recent relaxing of the hair....wait 3 to 4 days.

I wait 4 days just to verify and it became stated with the aid of my beautician to attend a minimum of four days. same with a perm..additionally situation as your hair can dry out and tangle . in case you may not wait then i might say do it once you experience the might desire to.
