The company Chiemsee do really cool ones. They dont have black dots, they have lighter pink kangaroos, but they do look pretty cool.
Go to the site, click company and products (bottom left), then products, bags winter 2006/07, packs and hip bags, then choose your style.

but a plain pink one and pit the polka dots on yourself.
you should be able to but the dots from either your local faric shop, or hobby shop. then use either fabric glue or iron adhesive fabric to put the in place. you called also add little sparkley studs.
You would be completely unique and the envy of your mates.
Dont give them your secrets though all they will all end up with identical bags!
