i have a question for hair on legs and uper lips and all the parts people like to shave. is it true that if u shave or wax u get more hair and if not which one lasts the longest waxing or shaving.

The hair appears thicker when you shave because now it has a blunt end(think pencil eraser), rather than a tapered end (think pencil point). waxing definetly last longer, i wax everything except legs shave those(they are to long...lol)

I believe it's true that if you shave, the replacement hair grows more quickly and thicker.
I think waxing lasts longest, but as a man, I've only ever shaved

waxing lasts alot longer the only proble with it is that your hair has to be long enough in order to wax it of and with both waxing and shaving the hair does not grow back thicker it just apears to be that way b/c it all grows back together giving that allusion

you may not get more but i comes back really coarse feeling. For me the waxing does last longer but I dont like to do it. You can also try the nair and items like that they do seem to work longer than shaving but be careful if you put it on your upper lip. It can be a bit tricky.

its not true, you dont get more hair. Waxing last longer because you pull the whole hair out, unlike shaving where you just cut the top layer.

waxing last for 4-6 weeks and yes more hair grows back

waxing is more long lasting.When you shave your legs the hair grows faster and it's more dark.

i dont think you get more hair but if you shave it feels like more because it grows back all spikey or whatever, waxing lasts a lot longer and it doesnt grow back gross

waxing last longer but hurts more and cost more. but it is just a myth about your hair growing faster or thicker it grows the same regardless.

i shave a lot. it does grow back quickly. but u just hav to deal with it.
i had this funny thing that mi little sister who is 7 did to me! sooo funny!
so i was shaving in the shower, took FOREVER! mi sister kept banging the bathroom door. she said, "what is taking soo LONG?????!!!" so i told her, "i'm shaving!" so she said, "i didn't no u shaved?! i thought only men shaved, u must be REALLY shavy under the chin! watch out if u grow a beard!" cuz she didn't no that girls shave their legs!
