I use a "Buff Puff" pad daily and have oily skin. However, I use a special soap made with goat's milk.

I have oily skin and I exfoliate with the Apricot Scrub daily. I also wash my face 2-3 times a day. I've heard this is not good for your skin, but I will break out if I don't. I do have to wear sunscreen on my face every day because I have a tendency to burn. Probably because my skin is sensitive from exfoliating daily.

I give myself a facial at least 2 times per week. I have normal skin. First, I use cleanser/make up remover, then an exfoliator, then a facial mask, then use moisturizer. Been doing this regime for 15 years and I am always mistaken for being 10+ years younger than I really am.

I have normal skin type and I exfoliate once a week, I wouldn't recomend doing it more then once, but that's because I use a strong one, but there are some very gentle scrubs designed for daily use like "Biore cleanse" and they can be used daily.

I have very clean skin. Not oily and not red or bumpy!
I exfoliate every time I'm in the shower, so about everyday. I make sure to wash my face morning and night with a oily free face soap.

if you have sensitive skin you should only exfoliate your face once a week. for your body you can exfoliate daily. there is no need to try to remove blemishes are anything like that by exfoliating your face daily. you will only destroy your face.

I use a Buf-Puf daily in the shower with Dove soap.
Then a very light moisturizer with SPF 15.
I have combination skin.

My cheeks are dry but everywhere else is normal and I exfoliate twice a wk with St Ives scrub

I have oily skin so I do every night.
It's just because the oil causes dead flakes to build up on my face and I hate it.
It's supposedly not good to do it everyday, and can damage your skin, but I have no problems with it.

my skin is mostly dry, but I exfoliate once a week, and the rest of the time i wash my face with neutrogena facial wash.

I have very sensitive skin and i do it in the morning when i wake up and at night before i go to bed.
