Im a guy in high school and in the winter months I can tend to get pasty and I have decided to use a tanning bed for the first time? I dont really care what people will think about it because I would rather be tan then be pale. How should I go about tanning for the first time. I dont want to be totally tan, I just want to have a kind of a glow if that makes since. How often should I go to the tanning beds and for how long?

I'm looking for a pair I saw online but didn't buy because I didn't trust the site.
They were white with a grey swoosh (nike logo) and sole.
Can these be found at Finish Line? If so how much?
Is there a better place to find them? (online or around the Indy area)

Thank You

Around here, we basically have AE, Additionelle, Penningtons (all owned by the same company), and then plus-sized sections in regular department stores.

It seems that either the clothes are outrageously priced or designed for older women... clothes so hideous you wouldn't want to be caught dead in them (ie: floral prints). In the department stores, you feel like they pulled the 14+ selection from a yard sale.

There is the MXM line in AE, Addition-Elle, and Penningtons which is specifically for the younger women, and there are some really nice clothes... but who wants to pay $50 for a shirt? And aside from that line - nothing.

I just think that there is a market out there to be developed. I find it very difficult to find clothes I really like and there are few options for places to shop... especially without going broke!

I'm curious if this opinion is shared amongst other women who wear sizes 14+.

Right now im using covergirl, the gc smoothers all day hidrating make-up,

I have very fair skin and my face has alot of scarring from acne... the cover up im using now covers well but adds so much shine and comes off on my clothes everywhere what is the best cover up to use to cover the scars, but won't cause more break outs, shine and will stay put for more than an hour ive used covergirl for about...4 years now, i told my friend i used it and she said YIKES! thats the worst for your skin...
she recommended infallible by l'oreal... does anyone suggest a better cover up?

also... i use the "purpose" soap on my face people say the "basic" bar is similar is one better than the other?

I can use a plain solid color with no problem, but any type of a 'silver' shimmer seems to itch my eyes. Does this happen to you too?

I heard that they can cause nerve damage in your hands over time, since one part of your hands are warm, but then the fingers are cold. Is this true?

OK so I'm 30 years old and have long wavy brown hair, almost butt-length. And I have it in a braid or ponytail 24/7, literally, and usually with a cute little bow or scrunchy. I've noticed lately that the other ladies my age at playgroups, religious gatherings, etc all have hair not much past their shoulders or cropped short.

Honestly, what do you think? If you have a serious answer, please be my guest! If you have a silly one, knock your socks off and get the two points. But please don't be rude and poke fun at me :-(

I have heard that it is bad for your hair but it seems to make mine look and feel better in the winter time. Are there any better products out there to help me comb out this long hair after I get out of the shower? All answers would be most appreciated....Thanks!

I'm 25 years old and I shop at the Junior's section in clothes stores. I don't look my age but still its the matter of principle. I just find the clothes in the Misses department to be boring even though I do find stuff there from time to time. I especially enjoy shopping in the Junior's department ever since I lost a lot of weight and can fit into more of there clothes. I even on a rare occasion like to buy clothes from the Hottopic. I just wanted to know if there should be a cutoff age to be in these stores and sections.
