I have pretty pale skin and I already dyed my hair red...and I'm like a natural dirty blond..I want to do brown..but I don't want it took look odd with dark hair and pale skin, so what shade should I do, or what celebrity color hair should I do

it depends on your eye color too but i think a light brunette would look nice because its just a couple shades darker than dirty blonde

a rich brown color or another red (not dark but not dingy) b/c red looks really good on fair skin! ;)
