lol. I don't think it's ridiculous at all! I've thought about this before....and I admit I've never seen anyone wearing sunglasses while jogging before but I can't see where it would look strange.
Like some answers state: it prolly depends on the type of sunglasses. Plain, regular ones is good.
I usually run in the evening/night so I'm lucky that I hardly have to deal with the sun much.

RE:
Is it ridiculous to go jogging while wearing sunglasses?
I mean, the sun is in my eyes and I don't want to frown when I run, that just ruins the purpose!

Of course not. People wear sunglasses at races all the time. Actually they can make a person look very sexy. I know at races runners try to look good, even if they are going to be working up a sweat

Of course it isn't! It is actually very smart of you to wear sunglasses, because the sun's harmful rays and damage your eyes. I wear sunglasses on a daily basis.

Of course you can wear sunglasses! You don't want to run into something if the sun is shining in your eyes.

I don't think it is. I agree just a plain pair and save the cute ones for later. If you still think it looks funny and don't want to wear sunglasses try a hat??

Lol...I was wondering the same thing. I don't think it is ridiculous if you just wear a plain pair of sunglasses. Save your really cute ones for later on when you show off your awesome bod.

Not at all. I wear my Oakley sunglasses when I run to keep me from squinting too much when the sun is in my eyes.

depends on the style of glasses. If you are wearing glasses with metal braces then its a no-no. Make sure when you are jogging you use the plain. but then again it might fall off every now and then. So you might wanna have a second thought on that.
