Get some surf spray stuff. The beach blonde works well (it's not just for blondes i swear). Or just mix some salt into water and put it in a spray bottle and use it when your hair is damp or dry.

A good way to get waves if you don't mind using gel/moose is to part your hair into 2 even sections once you get out of the shower and put a generous amount of gel on them. Then braid each section into french braids, and by the time you wake up the next morning and take out the french braids you should have the idea waves!
Hope that helped!

The absolute best is a product called Curl Booster Fixative Gel from FX Special Effects. You can get it at any Walgreens.

well buy a ceramic straightner that is also part curling iron, and just twist your hair around it and then leave it their for about five to ten seconds. Let it go, then spray it with the spray that makes your hair stay...well you know! anyways, then when your done doing that with all the hair you want...flip your hair and scrunch. Flip your hair back to normal then there you go!

You'll have to get a perm for the body that you want, see a professional about a body wave perm and make sure your hair is in the condition for that type of perm.

don't dry you hair all the way. about half dry will do. then put a powerful moose on you hair and sweeze til it cries. and let it go. you might have to staighten up a few strands and mist it a little with hair spray.

don't condition, while your hair is wet, spray the dream curls and twist it. then either blow dry, or let it dry on its own. untwist the hair and it should stay. if that doesn't work go to www.hairsecrets.com
