Right now I use Revlon color stay but my face gets so shiny and it always comes off within a few hours any advice on makeup that will not look shiny and stay on?

I plucked my upper lip hair because it looked like I had a light mustache. Several weeks later the hair started growing back in and even though I bleach the hairs that have reached the surface, I have the light mustache again (probably due to the hairs that haven't reached the surface yet). I don't know how long it will take those hairs to get to the surface and at that point I'll be where I started and the cycle will continue. Worse, though, would be if, after the hair grows back, even with bleaching, the dark roots would cause a permanent shadow (I have light sking and dark hair).

I didn't have that much noticeable upper lip hair before and worry that it may take a really long time for the newer hair to spring up. I am thinking I'll need something more permanent like electrolysis or laser hair removal.

Anyone with similar experience that could recommend what I should do? Thanks.

i dyed my hair with Nice N Easy #117
i LOVED the color
a week later
the color was GONE
out of my hair
i don't know why.
i use the color seal they give you in the box.
did i do something wrong?

How is looking sick cool? I don't get it. I'm super pale naturally, and I don't tan, like at all, and I hate it. People always say how they wish they were pale like me, and at the same time they ask whether I'm healthy or not because I'm so pale. Like, I'm not going to go out and get a fake tanor anything, ok? I check Willowbrook mall and the sportsmart in that complex and they didnt have any. One place did but the highest size they had was 10, im 12. i NEED THEm for newyears!
