my BF has less hair in the center of his head and i don't know what he can do to replace those hair and make them grow.......PLZ HELP!!!

you could probably go to a salon or barber and tell them yur problem and they could probably reccomend something to make the hair grow

I know what he's going through.
Sorry, but pills, potions, and lotions are not going to do it. Surgery is expensive, invasive, possibly quite painful, and may not be long-lasting. And Hair Club is another name for toupee. Don't have him get a rug like that; it's for the floor, not the head.
Looking for a solution? Look at my avatar. Problem solved. Just take him to the barber and have him take it all off. Then stop off at Walgreens and get shaving gel and a razor to keep it smooth. It's no big deal. You and he might actually like it.

Sadly, I'm not sure if there is a way.
Try those products on advertisement for hairloss.
If not, keep him away from hats, which when worn for a long time cause hair loss, and check for balding.
If he's old, then its coming to him.
If he's young, then products.
Or you could just accept it.
It's not the end of the world.

sounds like it could be the start of male pattern hair loss
