Depending on how old you are and your hair color and if you want an everyday kind of look or if your going somewhere special. You need to give more info if you want a good answer. Your best bet with fair skin is keep your makeup simple and fresh looking. If you don't have anything to hide then wear the least amount of makeup possible. Maybe just a little blush and mascara and lip gloss.

It is easier to tell you what not to do. Do not use extremely darker makeup at all, do not try to make your face look more "tan" than what it naturally would be. It just ends up looking cheesy and looks put on. Also, never use reds, or any shade of that sort, having a fair complexion, you already have naturally rosy cheeks and face so there is no need to bring even more read in, it will look like it's too much and will ruin the whole look. Third, never use off the wall lip gloss, use more monotone, more of a shimmer for your lips than a bright colored lip as it would bring out too much attention from the rest of your face. Use any style or color eye shadow as you would like, except for red remember! You can have fun with that and experiment. Last but not least, the easiest way to make your face look fine is basic concealer and some (very minimal) blush and you are good to go!

As you can see by your other answers, there is no single answer for anything. The best way to pick colors in make-up is to match your eye and haircolor as well. Since I do not know what you look like, I would recommend pastels. They look lovely on fair skin. If your hair is brown, you can wear any color really. If your hair is red, pinks and lavenders will look very nice. If you are blonde, light blues and greens. If your eyes are green, wear green. If your eyes are blue, use blue and grey. Brown eyes, anything goes. Stay away from black eyeliner, use charcoal gray or dark brown, it will contrast less. Use brown mascara or another color that is subtle like navy or hunter green. Good luck.

You sound just like me except for the hair. I use light browns and pastels for my eyes and light pinks and tans for my lips. Some ppl can pull of darker red lipstick but that really works best if you have darker hair. Go to any makeup website (e.g. Covergirl) and you can fill out questions and they'll tell you what colors to wear. =]

I'm very fair skinned as well and honestly I just keep it simple and minimal.
I have a lot of success with light earthy tones though, because bold colors are really bold on light skin, just like dark colors are really dark on light skin. I'd suggest pinks for your lips and cheeks and for eyes, light brownish or cappuccino shades, and on the cool side, pretty purples and blues darker than your eye color (in moderation of course!).

I have the same coloring. I use browns a lot. They really make you're eyes look blue. Stays away from other blues and blacks. Grays are okaay but aren't the most flattering. Be careful while applying your make-up and keep it light and natural. Generally anything brown should make your eyes pop and not make you look pale.

For fair skin, you would want to stick to tones of pink, sucks as warm pinks (light baby pink), light lavendar colors, a pale peachy color....if u want to be a little more dramatic, try a nice light shade of brown..
here is a perfect website for u:
