i got highlights from a salon but they wore out how can I get some at home.. kina like the lemon juice + sun... but theres no sun here soo that wont work. any other tricks??

i was wondering if anyone had any info on bleaching skin, im not talking michael jackson style, but something smaller. my left elbow is a little brown from all the football i used to play and it seems dirty compared to my right elbow. can anyone send me info on products or things i can do to lighten up the skin on my left elbow so it doesnt look so dark?

I have bit my nails as far as I can bite them and I'm using 3 different nail products to help them grow but, its not working. Anyone out there know of a way to get my nails to grow strong and actually have a length to them other then just stop bitting them. I've tried to stop bitting and everytime I get nervous or stressed out I bite them all the way down. HELP!!

I have really bad vision and I need glasses or contact lenses. I want contacts very bad but I have heard of them getting stuck in eyes or dirty lenses causing sickness. I just want opinions if I should go with the contacts or the glasses. Any other contacts stories would be helpful.

I went to my hairdresser the other day and she has been encouraging me to grow out my bangs. I'm 38 y.o. But my forehead is huge! She said I look too much like a "schoolgirl" like I am trying to look young. She said women over 30 should not wear bangs. Actually I look pretty young for my age many people say I look 10-15 years younger than I am. Anyway, I wear bangs mainly to hide my forehead, I tried growing out my bangs once and I looked horrible. What do you all think???

But I saw this thing on E I believe that was talking about 'man bags'. Now I'm all for messenger bags which can be unbelievably stylish and make a man look all the more handsome. But they showed Terrence Howard with like an actual 'purse' and this just freaked me out big time. How many men plan on being 'in' and carrying a purse from now on? And how many women would actually be okay with their man carrying one?
