If a use an eyelash curler (without mascara) on a daily basis, will I ruin my eyelashes?

In theory, eyelash curlers could damage eyelashes by unnaturally bending, breaking, or pulling out eyelashes during the curling process.

Many individuals use an eyelash curler on a daily basis without any harmful health effects. However, if you notice a large amount of eyelashes being pulled out or damaged by the eyelash curler, then you may want to limit the use of the curler.

I've curled my lashes almost every day for years now (I'm thinking about 8 years) and my lashes are fine. As for others I know, some have been doing it every day for 20 years or more.

Just don't squeeze too hard or you may pinch and break them.
Be careful and you should be fine.

If you are gentle, no. I used to use one, though, and it did pull some eyelashes out. If you have thin lashes as it is, then an eyelash curler probably isn't your best bet. I have naturally long, lick lashes, and I have found that just mascara works fine. I suggest Mac Prolash.

Eyelash curlers wont hurt you unless you pull them out by the root. if you pull out your eyelashes they might not grow back. just be firm but gentle

your eyelashes fall out all the time, and grow right back so curling them on a daily basis won't matter.
