I need to find out what the cosmetic solution to eliminating dark circles under your eyes is called. All I know is they [plastic surgeons] give you a shot right under your eye bags. It's been talked about on Oprah. I just need to to know the name and maybe where I can go to get it done?

I have a round face and im 5.6ft tall. i have lengthy but not very thick hair. many of my friends suggested that i go for layered cut. i want to know which hairstyle would suit me keeping in mind my hair thinness and i also have pierced my nose. so i dont want to look old by having a lengthy hair. i want to sport a new hair cut which will give me a makeover look. pls suggest me whcih hair style would suit me?

i wash my face every morning and night...and it is very dry...so i put on an oil free moisterizer and it helps for awhile but then it makes my face oily. Now i do where foundation to hide my lil blemishes and all and then when my face is oily i apply loose powder...that works great but when i put on my foundation my face is really dry...like you can see like my skin looking like it is almost peeling because of it. Any suggestions on how to fix this without getting the oily skin and dry skin?

Last week I got in an argument with my girlfriend about guys vs girls. To make a long story short we made a bet that her roommate and her couldn't pin me and I lost. They made me agree to let them pick my Halloween costume. They told me it wouldn't be too bad. They had five costumes in mind (a pirate, a mental patient, a vampire, a cop, or a superhero) and I could pick which one I wanted. This didn't sound bad at all until I saw what they had in mind. I have to wear this costume for 3 different parties. Which of these do you think is the least embarrassing. I am really stuck trying to find the best alternative out of the 5 and feeling pretty silly that I'm going to be picking one of them. The straight jacket might be OK, but I think I may not be able to move.

okay when i born i was very very dark chocolate. I was beautiful. Anyways, as i child, when i was three my skin color changed dramatically. I remember turning extremely light and no one thought i was my mother's child. I remember being teased being called "white girl". I had redish blonde hair. I turned dark again now which is cool but i'm still lighter than my family. my skin is developing patches again. so does that mean i'm going through that same pigmentation phase again? I'm in puberty or whatever. i don't want my skin to change again. I remember people thinking i had an iron problem because of how white i was a child.
