If you are dead set on using a tannin bed, be very careful. Start with like 3 min. and if you get pink wait a day and go on to 4 min. and so on. That might seem so stupid but it's much better safe than sorry especially in a tanning bed. Also, I know that they say they clean it well but always take your own rag and wipe it down.

It's not safe for anyone to use a tanning bed, as the chances of skin cancer are increased by use.

People with fair skin are more likely to get skin cancer because they are more likely to have damage done to them by the sun...I wouldn't recommend it.

whether or not you have a pale skin...tanning beds are really harmful. Why don't you just get a spray on tan...it works real well. I use the garnier bronzer spray.

Yes. Make sure that you work up to a full session. 10 min.- 15 min. - 30 min. Everything is "not" good for us anymore. Just remember, moderation - moderation.

I have a feeling it won't be long before someone tells us the self tanning sprays or oils are bad for us too. Besides, they're a mess to use.

Just like tanning outside, tanning indoors damages your skin. That's because indoor tanning devices emit ultraviolet rays. Tanning occurs when the skin produces additional pigment (coloring) to protect itself against burn from ultraviolet rays. Overexposure to these rays can cause eye injury, premature wrinkling of the skin, and light-induced skin rashes, and can increase your chances of developing skin cancer. So the decision is yours just read this website and I hope it helps you!
