I made a payment in cash at the Bally in Los Angeles, but they employee who took the cash from me said that he wasn't able to print a receit, but that the payment was going to show. It has been a week and my account has not been credited. What should I do?
He first said that he gave the money to someone else to make the payment, then he said that he made it himself. Customer service said that I should go and talk to this guy, but I get the same lie all the time.
I don't want to set up automatic payments because I don't trust Bally. I have had horrible experiences with them in the past and I know of other people who also been a victim of those thieves.
