Apply the cream to the skin and relax for sometime. If you have to put on a facemask, then soak the little cotton pads into the soap water and place it on the eyes when they are closed. Otherwise, you may use them around 2 cucumber slices to make your eyes cooler. In this way you can provide a pleasant feeling to your eyes. And you can get rid of your dark circles around your eyes quickly. Your skin will glow when these circles vanish.

Resting your eyes is the main thing. Alternating heat and cold works for me. If you dont have any eye masks, you can make them with a pair of socks, rice and ice, (fill one sock with rice and the other with crushed ice, close the open ends with a rubber band) put the rice filled sock in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (keep the other in the freezer) place the heated pack on eyes until it cools, the alternate with the cold one. Also, Preparation-H works good to tighten the skin. Put it on under eye make-up daily....

well, i get rid of bags under my elbows with an iPod bath (playing music). so for ur eyes i would sugest the famous red pepper, guacamole, eggplant, es car go, sushi, lamb, and leonardo davinci showering. you take a colander and sprinkle the ingredients under ur eyes. be careful though, that sushi can really sting.

most importantly you need to rest your eyes, even if its not from a lack of sleep, you still may be (unknowingly) straining your eyes. when my eyes get puffy and swollen and baggy looking, i freeze spoons.... seriously try putting a couple of spoons in the freezer, when they get frozen pull them out and place them over your eyes.. it actually works pretty good... well for me anyway. try it, it doesnt hurt to try... good luck with it..
