I made a payment in cash at the Bally in Los Angeles, but they employee who took the cash from me said that he wasn't able to print a receit, but that the payment was going to show. It has been a week and my account has not been credited. What should I do?
He first said that he gave the money to someone else to make the payment, then he said that he made it himself. Customer service said that I should go and talk to this guy, but I get the same lie all the time.

I don't want to set up automatic payments because I don't trust Bally. I have had horrible experiences with them in the past and I know of other people who also been a victim of those thieves.

I can't give them checks because no matter how many times you ask them, they like to bill you automaticaly whenever they want and for the amount they want. Unfortunatey, thats the only club near where I live. Plus, I can't cancel my contract with them.

Just bring a receipt book with you, and ask the guy to sign the receipt if he won't print you a new one.. and if he won't, ask to see the boss.

My main concern is in your text you stated "I don't trust Bally" is there no other gym in the area to go to? If I personally don't trust the establishment I don't think I would go there. But if this is something you want to per sue I agree with writing checks, or a money order might be sufficient also. And then you could keep the money order stub as your evidence of delivery.

My significant problem is on your textual content you suggested "i don't think Bally" is there no different gymnasium in the realm to flow to? If i in my opinion do not believe the institution i don't think of i might want to flow there. yet when it is something you want to in holding with sue I trust writing checks, or a money order might want to be sufficient also. and then you would possibly want to shop the money order stub as your data of delivery.

The best advice I can give you is to write a check, that way your canceled check serves as your receipt too!! Don't ever give someone cash for something unless they give you a written receipt!!! Good luck in getting this straightened out!!!
