no matter what perfume I buy its to strong not strong enouph or it just doesnt smell as good on me how can I fix this problem

I always wear the same clothes to school.And i finally ask my mama can i get a new outfit i haven't got an new outfit since like last year..I didn't get no new outifts for the first day of school..And we are having a feild trip and I want to look good but i cannot get nothing!!!!!!!!!!
only have $20 and i'm saving it to get my hair dyed and hairlights.
And I don't know another way to get money...I'm only 13 years old..
No jobs for nothing...
My question is ...
*What can i do to get money?
I don't know what to do...
And i have nothing to wear...I haven't got new pajamas since the 6th grade and i'm in the 8th grade isn't that side my pajamas pants are high waters now..

He has tried a selection of things, and they ethier do nothing, or it just gets worse. He has pretty fair skin, and it gets dry easy.

i know it will look really good on me based on my face shape, and because I had it cut like that a few years ago and I got lots of compliments....BUT....it's not in style any more and i dont think it will be for a very long time (since long wavy hair seems to be the thing right now...) what do you think? should i still get my hair cut like I want? or should i wait....

I've heard that makeup should be thrown out after a certain amount of time whether you've used it all or not due to possible bacteria build up. I think there was an article on this in Glamour or Cosmo but its been quite awhile. Does anyone know about this or have a system of their own? I think certain things are good longer than others but I don't remember what. Anyone have an idea?
