Means he has overactive sweat glands in the hand arm area/unfortunately all the products on the market are not a longterm solution and will help just a little------the 4-5mos solution and a lot of people in business or who have a lot of important social obligations now do BOTOX injections for it will stop the sweat glands from working for as long as the BOTOX lasts(no physical harm) but check this out and go to a very reputable and one skilled-has a lot of REPEAT Botox clients if you decide to have this done.If is so very stressful the money may be well worth it-just figure into budget twice yearly

Try botox to the palms of his hands. Although temporary, should bring him great relief. More permanent solutions are an operation to reduce the ability of the glands to product sweat. See your doctor for more information. HTH : )
