I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

I has the same problem. My skin gets really dehydrated sometimes so I needed to find something for sensitive skin. I bought Proactive a couple weeks ago and everything has been clearer from there. It is sensitive enough to keep my skin glowing but it has strong ingredients to clear up the acne. Hope this helps!

ok first of all dont get him proactive! i guarantee everyone is going to suggest it but i am like the yahoo answers' anti-proactive. i have sensitive, dry skin i used this stuff and it wrecked my skin. it dried it out and caused oil production on top of irritation. i never had skin that oily and i'm 27, i didnt even have it that bad when i was 16! it took almost an entire month to get my skin back to normal. i would take him to a dermatologist.

Maybe you should try a Dermatologist. I had acne and my dermatologist really cleared it. About drying, dont worry to much about that. As long as the medicine is working the drying shouldnt matter. Just use an oil free moisturizer.

Try getting the Aveeno wash pads. They come in a green plastic jar. They have a formula for acne and the one for those without acne. I use it, and helps me out a lot.

Most teens get it but try proactive
It wont get ride of it cause his body is changin and he is gonna break out cause of it. If he was an adult I would say go to a dermotalogist but they will just say try Proactive.
