I have been looking all over the place here in milwaukee trying to find pink hair dye. i have seen people with their hair dyed different colors, but can't seem to find it anywhere. please can anyone who lives in milwaukee tell me where i can find it? please thank you

My 4 yr. old daughter has extremely dry (not damaged) curly hair. I use plenty conditioner and put on a hair moisturizer but it only lasts a couple hours max, and then its frizzy and dry again. Her bangs don't grow long enough the hair seems to break. Her hair even repels water a bit!

I want to get bangs like Alexis Bledel's (Rory Gilmore on "Gilmore Girls") or Mackenzie Rosman's (Ruthie Camden on '7th Heaven'- her new look), but I want them to be sexy. They told me to get in Plushglass: Full For You and Wet, Wild, Wonderful

And in Lipgelee: Jellybabe and Goldensoft

Will those work? What else should I get in Lipglass, Lustreglass, Lipgelee and Plushglass? I want pinkish (lip tone) and brown (neutral), so thats why I'm having a hard time making up my mind.

Someone please help me! LOL!
