Try the stores that sell only ice cream, and call them ahead, like baskin-robbins or coldstone creamery. If it's a halloween thing, they usually have stuff like that; or, if you must do it yourself, try food coloring, though you'd have to soften and re-freeze, so I'd do it with something like DQ or other soft serve.

For white the whitest I ever saw was a sweet cream vanilla bean at a specialty store for ice cream! Since black is a mixture of all pigment then HOT blackberries added to softened chocolate then mixed with 'turtles' before refreezing should be interesting! For that optional yuckiness add the darkest gummy worms. Certain places make a 'black & white' sundae ( warmed Marshmallow over dark chocolate/ hot fudge over vanilla ),too! Enjoy!

please do not get them they are ugly in every color and if you buy them on the web more than likely there not going to be on sale try to find them locally and you may can get a 2 for something deal - but before all of that just get something else they are the worst of the worst don't walk around with them on. Just kick and push .
